Sentencing Australia Pty Ltd commits to environmental sustainability through the following measures:

1. We support recycling through the following initiatives:
   1. Since commencement of our operation, all our stationery has been 100% post consumer waste
   2. Our purchasing policy strives to adopt a “recycle everything / buy recycled” approach.
2. We support the use of non-paper-based records by encouraging our clients to:
   1. use inert materials including polypropylene archive boxes
   2. transition from paper-based records to electronic records of business
3. We support reduction in the use of physical resources and air-conditioned storage space. Sentencing Australia delivers this through our focus upon the preservation of evidence and the managed disposal of paper-based records that are no longer of value.
4. We support waste reduction. Sentencing Australia chooses business partners who demonstrate or are committed to green initiatives eg. the disposal of paper-based records through pulping for re-use.
